24.01.2022 Today is our last day of trading untill the 2nd of September! I am fully booked today so I can't squeeze anyone else in! Any messages received in the next week and a bit will be answered when I get back from my break. Stay safe all x

23.01.2022 Apparently, the world hasn't been clear enough about this, and I need to make this crystal again. If YOU or anyone in your HOUSEHOLD has cold and flu symptoms (OR ANY SICKNESS) You need to RESCHEDULE/CANCEL your appointment. I will ask you to leave the salon halfway through your haircut or colour if I'm told it's in your household. There are no exceptions... In case you missed the memo, I am pregnant and I will NOT be taking any risks in regards to my health right now. I am super dissapointed to have had people in the salon who have not taken that seriously. I am even more disappointed that I even have to write this. Thank you to everyone who continues to respect everyone around them and do the right thing

23.01.2022 Its me again, your girl. Who got across the border today! Yay! If anyone of my clients anywhere cant make it to me for any reason and has to go to another hairdresser just get the hairdresser to contact me and I'll happily pass on your hair details! Due to the big boss orders I'll now be wearing a mask in the salon, I have to look after myself sooner or later I guess.

22.01.2022 Im super excited to be welcoming back my Victorian clients! Sadly this has caused a bit of an availability issue, currently there is about a 2 week wait for a colour appointment, and roughly 4 weeks for a Saturday appointment. Please consider booking your appointments in advance so you get the day and time you would like

20.01.2022 This was a big job today! Removing a purple supermarket semi that had turned green! We spent many hours gently trying to remove and counteract the colour to produce this beautiful blonde!

19.01.2022 We are experiencing a very high level of messages and phonecalls right at the moment. It is taking me currently a few days to respond to everyone. With the answering machine filling up daily and more facebook messages than I can poke a stick at sadly it means I am losing some peoples messages; or I'm getting your message too late. 14.01.2022 Everyone meet Jason. He's one of my clients I see in the salon. Jason and two of his brothers have been keeping me company in the salon for a few years now. Whats so special about them(and specially jason today) is all three are on varying levels on the spectrum. When i first started cutting their hair it was a nightmare, we struggled cutting the hair and both parents had to help to get the boys to sit still, we tried to keep it as positive as possible but it was not easy. Fa...st forward a while, only mum comes along, she sits on the couch while I chat with the boys, they have the clippers used and their haircut fully without a problem. Today (bless him) Jason asked me to style his hair, they have NEVER used products, he barely brushes his own hair. Safe to say he was stoked, look at this posing! We are going to have to teach him to vogue! They have come such a long way, specially jason, and im so super proud of them and I just wanted to share this photo of him (with his and mums permission) with you all

13.01.2022 ITS ANNOUNCEMENT TIME! this will be a long one so if your one of my clients please take the time to read through! On the 23rd of December we will be closing our doors for good. The building has been sold and there is no turning back! This was a super hard decision for us to make but with a new chapter in my life starting with baby on the way, my family has to come first and something has to give.... The business itself has been around for 43 years and ive been here for 8. Ive been so proud to be apart of such a long-standing local family business and I know for a fact the Langshaw family has been proud to keep the doors open for clients for so many years. So we have 8 weeks of doing hair left and I just want to go through a few things! - PLEASE BOOK IN ADVANCE. Especially for Christmas! My saturdays in December are already booked out! - December appointments will only be for current clients. That means I will take on no new clients for December so appointments will only be available for those who have supported us. - once appointments are gone they are Gone, I am no longer offering late nights, and I have to take constant breaks (so no more giving up my lunchbreak for clients) please consider this when trying to find a time suitable to come in. - Any remaining gift voucher amounts need to be used by the 23rd of December - I won't be doing any more special product orders for clients unless product is paid in advance first. Cut-off for this will be late November. -please be patient when it comes to me answering messages. Sometimes it does take time and I apologise. Please also remember when we phone its a private number! So if you get a private number phoning its probably us! Im sure there's more but I can update you all as we go! Im super excited for the next 8 weeks and to be able to see everyone before I head off on maternity leave. I hope they'll be our best ever. If anyone has any questions please let me know x

07.01.2022 Firstly! I have appointments available this week! Yay! Secondly! I really want to thank everyone for the support, love, comments and messages ive received over the weekend about my news! And lastly!... Now is the best time to remind everyone, if you have been, or are, unwell, in any shape or form, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. Whenever I get sick its always because someone has brought it into the salon and I dont just have myself to think about anymore. I know people don't want to let me down last minute but I would honestly prefer to stay healthy! Annnnnnndddd here's a meme for good value.
